Cydia Secrets and updates

Update : Version 1.0.3172-68 released !

Saurik has updated Cydia Installer, the installer app for iPhone and iPod Touch, other than through the AppStore. So that you can install or upgrade must be done the Jailbreak on the device.
The update has reached version 1.0.3172-68.

Increased loading rate

Increased speed of installation of various applications

In the new Cydia, Saurik warns us of the temporary deactivation of SHSH backup because of the intense traffic generated by the release of Spirit.

After your jailbreak, you must finish to install Cydia and install the 10 necessary tweaks for your device.

Cydia is an installer quite similar to Apple Store which will permit you add different sources to install third applications.
You can find quite everything, particularly som applications denied by Apple on his Apple Store.
Cydia exists first to explode limits fixed !

Here is the basic to do after jailbreak your iPhone.
Then, you are the only judge to know if it's useful to add more sources (called repo) or not... depending to use.

If crash of Cydia.

• Connect to your iPhone in SSH and go to var/lib/apt/lists


• Remove all files in this folder except partial


• In the folder partial, remove all files.


• Respring and start again Cydia.
